Josephine G. Moore (aka) has loved cooking most of her entire life. Around 2016, Jo started cooking and introduced foods to her meal planning she thought she would never eat. By using more herbs and spices to season foods, Jo found that healthier prepared foods can really taste good. Jo cooked and posted her healthy cooking on social media. Jo's Facebook friends wanted to also learn how to eat healthier. Shortly thereafter, they began requesting her recipes. Finally, Jo's friends now will have access to her recipes.
